We are currently seeking a temporary Hospital Receptionist to join our team on a short-term basis.

As a Hospital Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our busy hospital reception area.

Located in Brentwood, Essex, our hospital is known for its high-quality healthcare services and compassionate patient care.

As a Hospital Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, so excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.

Circle Flex is committed to providing a welcoming and efficient reception service, and we are looking for a friendly and organised individual to help us achieve this goal.

Your main duties will include greeting patients and visitors, answering phone calls, booking appointments, and directing enquiries to the appropriate department.,

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the reception desk
  • Answer phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
  • Book appointments and manage the appointment diary efficiently
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies As a Hospital Receptionist, you will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively.

A friendly and professional manner is key, as you will be representing our hospital to a wide range of people.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable
