Role Overview
Provision of effective and efficient Project Management Office (PMO) administrative support to the central Steam IS PMO and also to our ongoing Zenith Programme, a global business transformation programme across the Steam Thermal Solutions business.This fast-paced environment comes with both challenges and opportunities to add great value.
Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…
- Weekly data gathering & Reporting
- Resource Administration including onboarding of both interim colleagues and suppliers, off boarding and renewals
- Procurement support including creation of Purchase Orders and follow-up activities
- Supplier, Delivery partner and interim colleague invoice approval facilitation and Goods Receipting management
- Timesheet co-ordination and progression for interim colleagues
- Meeting and event arrangement and coordination along with travel support
- Document management ensuring key documents are accessible and under version control
