Role Overview
Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment as a Personal Assistant supporting four members of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in high-impact projects while managing essential day-to-day administrative functions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.
Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On:
- Diary Management: Proactively manage calendars to ensure accessibility and alignment with daily objectives.
- Travel Coordination: Organise travel arrangements, offering practical and policy-compliant solutions.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing local and global events, including logistics and materials.
- Administrative Support: Handle expenses, invoices, holiday tracking, post, emails, stationery, and filing.
- Presentation & Report Preparation: Support the creation of high-quality presentations and reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the PA community and support the GSC Director’s EA when needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements within the Global Supply Chain team.
Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include:
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A track record of managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities effectively.
