Assembly Operator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our UK Supply team in the Product Assembly department. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for building and testing products in accordance with standard operating procedures, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.

Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…

  • Assembling and testing products to meet quality and time standards.
  • Adhering to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies.
  • Promoting and maintaining a clean and organized work area (5S).
  • Completing Quality and Production System Transactions accurately.
  • Supporting on-time delivery by effectively managing your workload.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Demonstrating flexibility by upskilling and supporting other duties as needed.
  • Taking ownership of your personal development plan.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams including Logistics, Maintenance, Planning, and Engineering.
