Spirax-Sarco Engineering is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our People Operations team, providing HR advisory and employee relations support across UK functions. This hands-on role combines ER judgement with practical delivery, including sickness and performance cases, policy/toolkit development and annual reward cycle support.
You will lead complex ER cases, coach managers, maintain compliant case records, and collaborate with HR BPs and Occupational Health to improve processes.
