Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedIS Programme Managerto join our Global Steam Business. This pivotal role sits within our Steam Information Systems team and is responsible for delivering strategic change initiatives that drive business transformation and value. You will lead the planning, setup, and execution of programmes, working closely with internal and external delivery partners to ensure successful outcomes.

- Delivering initiatives on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Fostering a high-performing, values-driven programme team culture.
- Ensuring compliance with PMO and Change/Transformation Management Office standards.
- Establishing and managing the programme teams using effective matrix management techniques.
- Setting up and delivering programmes including charters, plans, governance, and resources.
- Managing budgets, integrated plans, reporting, and delivery quality.
- Actively engaging and managing stakeholders, including executives and boards.
- Overseeing vendor relationships and performance in collaboration with Vensor and ESG Manager, in alignment with our Vendor Management framework.
- Ensuring business change and value realization.
- Resolving escalations and take corrective actions to keep programmes on track.
- Promoting continuous improvement and psychological safety within the team.
Your previous experience is likely to include….
- Proven track record as a Programme Manager delivering strategic and operational change in an Information Systems/Technology environment.
- Experience managing multi-party delivery teams, including third-party vendors.
- Background in global organisations and familiarity with modern engineering/manufacturing technologies.
- Strong understanding of IT lifecycle and transformation frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential.
- Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies.
