Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Operative - Bioflex Earlies to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies, reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Team Leader or Production Manager.
- To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development.
- Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times.
- Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork.
- Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved.
- Ensure that output is in line with the production targets.
- Inform the Team Leader of any quality problems, process problems, or machine breakdowns as soon as possible.
- Ensure that a good relationship is maintained within the department with all staff.
- Report any material or consumable shortages as soon as possible.
- Conduct periodic checks in accordance with relevant procedure and/or specification.
- Maintain a high standard of 5s always.
- Record breakdowns on the necessary documentation.
- Record all scrap on the necessary documentation.
- Ensure all procedures are followed correctly and without exception.
- Ensure that all documentation is completed at the correct time.
- Demonstrate ability to work unsupervised.
- Demonstrate ability to make decisions based on data available.
- Work when required with your departmental manager and team members to identify, implement and drive actions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the correct Quality controls and measurements are adhered to.
- Work in a safe manner, complying with Safety Health and Environmental standards in line with Company procedures.
- Highlight/challenge unsafe behaviour before any accidents occur.

- Safety minded.
- Computer literacy is desirable.
