Role Overview: The Procurement Excellence Lead will play a key role in the strategic procurement organization and transformation. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Global Supply Chain (GSC) procurement best practices, processes, digital solutions, reporting, and training. This role involves driving change and collaborating with global teams to enable sales growth through a sustainable procurement function, fostering strong supplier relationships, cost optimization, and digital innovation.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:
- Owning, streamlining, and standardizing strategic procurement processes to ensure compliant, ethical, and sustainable sourcing, enhancing procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing risks proactively across global locations to ensure business continuity and compliance.
- Developing processes to improve and measure supplier sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
- Establishing metrics to monitor procurement performance and success.
