We are looking for an experienced service engineer to carry out commissioning, service, and repair of company supplied equipment. You will also carry out customer training programs on site to deliver high levels of service excellence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain sufficient stock levels
  • Prepare manuals and drawings in advance of service visits
  • Take pride in your work by ensuring the customer is aware of outstanding issues and how they will be addressed prior to leaving the site
  • Identify and support continuous improvement projects providing exemplary service and high levels of customer satisfaction across the business

Experience:

An electrical or mechanical background with CCNSG, CSCS Engineering Services Skills Card and a full UK driving license. You will also have knowledge and/or experience of our product range, various steam processes and instrumentation.
