Role Overview:
Are you ready to lead global IT change initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a Group IT Change Manager to design, implement, and lead a global Change Management process aligned with ITIL best practices. Reporting to the Head of Service Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring change processes are efficient, compliant, and continuously improving across a global IT landscape.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
- Owning and leading the global Change Management process, ensuring it is fit for purpose and operational.
- Chairing CAB meetings, making timely decisions on normal and emergency changes.
- Defining and reporting on KPIs and metrics to measure process effectiveness.
- Driving continual improvement, enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with IT partners to manage third-party changes effectively.
- Conducting change reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure follow-up actions.
- Integrating with other ITSM processes, such as Incident and Problem Management.
- Providing documentation and training to support governance and compliance.
- Managing stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
- Ensuring global compliance with Change Management policies and procedures.
Your previous experience is likely to include…
- Proven experience in developing and leading ITIL-based Change Management processes.
- Acting as Change Authority in large, geographically dispersed organisations.
- Leading process improvement initiatives and driving conformity to standards.
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships and cross-functional initiatives.
- Delivering training, documentation, and consultation to support process adoption.
- Conducting change reviews and implementing lessons learned.
- Familiarity with Incident and Problem Management and their integration with Change Management.
