b Overview /b p In this role you lead Spirax Group’s Global Infrastructure Operations, driving resilience, governance, and modernization across a global estate. You’ll develop and coach a distributed team, partner with stakeholders and suppliers, and steer strategic transformation and disaster recovery readiness. You will influence how we modernize infrastructure and manage risk to support business objectives. This is a global, strategic leadership role with travel and cross‑functional collaboration at its core. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive salary /li li discretionary bonus /li li flexible working /li li 27 days holiday /li li comprehensive private healthcare /li li enhanced pension plan /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and develop Regional Infrastructure Leads and global team /li li Establish a consistent global operating model with governance and standards /li li Oversee availability, resilience and support for on‑premise infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage, backup, hosting) /li li Drive modernization, estate optimisation and reduction of technical debt /li li Own risk, compliance, disaster recovery readiness and audit activities /li li Lead major incident management and drive continuous service improvement via KPIs and supplier reviews /li li Maintain CMDB, runbooks and operational procedures /li li Support selection, implementation and migration to co‑location environments /li li Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to deliver infrastructure roadmaps /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Proven experience leading regional or global infrastructure teams in a complex enterprise /li li Strong background in infrastructure operations (servers, virtualization, storage, backup, recovery, monitoring, lifecycle management) /li li Experience implementing operating models, governance frameworks and service management best practices /li li Proven track record in infrastructure modernization, technical debt reduction and estate optimisation /li li Experience supporting data centre or co-location initiatives, including migration planning and supplier management /li li Strong disaster recovery, risk management and compliance understanding /li li Experience improving service performance via KPIs, SLAs and supplier governance /li li Inspirational leadership with ability to coach and motivate distributed teams /li li Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels /li li Strong organisational skills balancing operations with strategic projects /li li Analytical, solution‑focused problem solving and decision making /li li Governance mindset with emphasis on continuous improvement and risk control /li li Commercial awareness and experience working with suppliers and external partners /li li Ability to build collaborative relationships across global teams and drive change /li /ul ul li leadership /li li stakeholder management /li li communication /li li servers /li li virtualisation /li li storage /li /ul
