Finishing Operator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finishing Operator to join our production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring finished components are cleaned, processed, and packaged to the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating cleaning equipment, carrying out finishing activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate cleaning and washing machines.
  • Clean, wash, deburr, and package components in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure high standards of product quality at all times.
  • Work to standard operating procedures (SOPs), production targets, and workplace organisation standards.
  • Carry out front-line operator asset care and support machine maintenance activities.
  • Follow all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and contribute to safety improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Work flexibly across the department and undertake additional duties as required.
  • Take ownership of personal development and learning opportunities.
