Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Extrusion Operative – Fixed Term to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be working in a cleanroom environment, supporting the extrusion process and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
- Assisting extrusion line setters to produce tubing in various sizes and specifications.
- Following strict hygiene and PPE protocols to maintain product integrity.
- Transferring raw materials and consumables into cleanrooms as per SOPs.
- Using tools and aids to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate production and quality records for full traceability.
- Collaborating with the Production Planner to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Supporting continuous improvement, 5S activities, and process validation.
- Participating in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Carrying out additional tasks associated with tubing extrusion and cleanroom production.
Who You’ll Be Working With
You’ll be part of a collaborative team of extrusion operators, led by an experienced Team Leader. We provide high‑level training to ensure you’re confident and capable in all cleanroom procedures and equipment handling.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for individuals who are:

Desirable Experience & Skills:
