We are seeking a talented and motivated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects across multiple departments.
- Use Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies to identify opportunities and eliminate waste.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping activities, root cause investigations, and value stream mapping exercises.
- Coach and support teams in applying continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Analyse performance data and key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and successful change adoption.
- Support the development and standardisation of processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive a culture where innovation and employee-led improvements are encouraged and celebrated.
- Monitor project progress, report on benefits realised, and ensure improvements are sustained over time.
- Contribute to strategic improvement programmes aligned with organisational objectives.
Who You’ll Be Working With
You’ll work directly with the Continuous Improvement Manager while partnering with colleagues across a variety of departments throughout the business. This highly collaborative role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, influence positive change, and make a visible impact across our operations.
Skills/Experience

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Lean Green Belt, Lean Practitioner qualification, or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
