Job Summary

Due to the nature of our customer base – fluent Dutch, German, Swiss German & English is essential for this role. We are seeking a multilingual Customer Service Co-ordinator based in the Benelux region to join our EMEA Customer Service team on a 12-month FTC. This role is critical in delivering exceptional sales administration and customer support. You will manage order processing, maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication with customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in ERP/CRM systems, ensuring compliance and timely confirmations.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact post-order, providing updates and resolving issues.
  • Documentation: Prepare invoices and quotations in line with company standards.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineers and Customer Solutions team to ensure consistent and accurate customer support.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor feedback and suggest enhancements to improve customer experience.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep Customer records up to date and well-documented.
  • Returns & Issues Resolution: Handle returns efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills/Experience

  • Mandatory fluency in Dutch, German, and Swiss German.
  • Proven experience in customer service or order processing, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
