The role
As Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you will lead the narrative development and delivery of Spirax Group’s corporate reporting and major Group communications. Working closely with the Group Head of Communications and senior stakeholders across the business, you will ensure narrative clarity, coherence and governance across reporting, the Group website and key communications. This is a senior, influential role with delegated authority on narrative coherence and reporting matters, supporting communications with investors, regulators, employees and other external audiences in a FTSE 100 listed environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, governance and delivery of the Group Annual Report, Half Year and Full Year Results and AGM communications
- Own narrative framing and ensure consistency across corporate reporting, the Group website and major communications
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, Sustainability, Brand and Digital teams to ensure accurate, compliant and compelling disclosure
- Act with delegated authority on narrative coherence and reporting decisions, escalating material strategic or reputational risks when required
- Manage internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget
- Ensure all reporting and communications meet FTSE 100 disclosure and governance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking, insight generation and evolving best practice
Your experience
- Significant experience in corporate communications within a listed or highly regulated environment
- Proven ownership of Annual Report production or equivalent complex corporate reporting processes
- Experience balancing narrative quality with governance, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Track record of working closely with Finance, Legal and Investor Relations teams
