  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and digital workplace solutions.
  • Leadership: Skilled at leading, motivating, and guiding cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • PPM Tooling: Experienced with project planning, reporting, and delivery using PPM tools.
  • Third‑Party Management: Demonstrated ability to manage outcome‑based, fixed-price contracts and solution partners.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Agile frameworks or Agile delivery certification
  • Prior technical experience in Infrastructure or Digital Workplace domains
  • Strong working knowledge of M365 and E5 licensing
  • Experience with tools such as Triskell, MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps

Benefits: You will receive a competitive salary (and a discretionary bonus), flexible working and excellent benefits including 27 days holiday allowance (before bank holidays), 3 days’ paid volunteering leave, comprehensive private healthcare, enhanced pension plan, life assurance, optional participation in a Share Ownership Plan, free onsite parking, flexible benefits, and access to a personal discounts’ portal.

We also offer a range of additional support and benefits through our Everyone is Included Group Inclusion Plan. We want everyone to be able to make their difference here, so we will always consider requests for flexible working.
