We have an exciting, hands-on placement within our Environment, Health & Safety team at Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham, UK.
UK Sales EHS Placement
Looking to make a real impact in workplace safety and sustainability? This Year in Industry placement within the UK & ROI Sales EHS team offers a hands-on opportunity to support safety initiatives, lead improvement projects, and contribute to a positive safety culture across multiple departments. You’ll gain practical experience in incident investigation, risk assessment planning, and data analysis using EHS software, while developing key skills in stakeholder engagement, project management, and Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) principles. Ideal for students studying Environmental Health, Safety, Sustainability, or Engineering, this hybrid role is perfect for proactive, collaborative individuals eager to drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities
- Support safety initiatives and lead improvement projects to contribute to a positive safety culture across multiple departments.
- Gain practical experience in incident investigation, risk assessment planning, and data analysis using EHS software.
- Develop skills in stakeholder engagement, project management, and Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) principles.
Qualifications
- Ideal for students studying Environmental Health, Safety, Sustainability, or Engineering.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to challenge norms to drive meaningful change.
- Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a requirement to complete a work placement.
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the 12-month placement (July 2026 – July 2027).
