You will deliver showcase GenAI projects using agile lean-startup methodologies: from use-case capture and prioritisation through to solution design, prototype development, hypothesis testing, and ultimately scaled implementation supported by change management. Solutions will be delivered through a blend of your own development work and collaboration with trusted third-party partners.

Working alongside cross-functional teams across the Group, you will ensure that GenAI initiatives are delivered safely, ethically, and successfully – all while helping shape our long-term AI strategy, ways of working, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Group-wide Gen AI Capability Development:
    • Deliver showcase GenAI solutions that demonstrate value, feasibility, and scalable patterns to teams across the Group.
    • Apply agile lean-startup methodology including use-case capture, assessment and prioritisation, solution design, validation, development, testing, and scaled implementation.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to colleagues to help them build and maintain their own GenAI development skills.
  • GenAI Solution Development Best Practice:
    • Collaborate with IT/IS, business units, and specialist GenAI teams to define and maintain shared methodologies, development standards, and tooling.
    • Identify barriers to progress and work proactively with stakeholders to remove them permanently.
  • Innovation & Research:
    • Track emerging trends and technologies within the GenAI ecosystem and share insights across the Group.
    • Identify opportunities to adopt new capabilities and integrate them into future GenAI solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    • Contribute to the development and rollout of the Group’s GenAI governance framework (ethical, secure, and compliant deployment at scale).
    • Create and maintain essential documentation including design specs, test plans, ethics assessments, compliance evaluations, and user guides/FAQs.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Project Coordination:
    • Communicate complex technical details in clear business language to a wide range of stakeholders.
    • Provide transparent project updates to support informed decision-making.
Your Experience
  • Experience developing multi-agent, multi-modal GenAI solutions, from prototype through to secure, supported production deployment.
  • Experience supporting and mentoring others to develop their own GenAI capabilities.
  • A track record of successfully collaborating with stakeholders to embed AI solutions into existing business practices.
Your Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven expertise across the GenAI methodology (use case capture, prioritisation, solution & validation design, development, hypothesis testing, scaled implementation via change management).
  • Strong technical experience with the Microsoft stack, including: Microsoft Agent Framework and Relevant Azure services.
  • Preferably experienced with integrating Copilot Studio with the Power Platform and Azure DevOps for managing simple Azure-based solutions.
  • Experiences with building multi-agent/multi-modal solutions on non-Microsoft platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, etc.).
  • Solid experience with: CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub), Programming languages, GenAI frameworks, and data wrangling tools (e.g., Python, R, pandas, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, LangChain, n8n).
  • Familiarity with agile development (preferably agile lean startup).
  • Masters or PhD in a relevant field (AI, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Robotics, or similar), or equivalent practical experience in applied machine learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for emerging technology and helping shape the Group’s digital future.
Core Requirements
  • You must be capable of building AI-agent-enhanced workflows using the Microsoft stack across both pro-code and low/no-code environments.
  • Pro-code:

    • Custom agent orchestration
  • Low / No-code:
    • Copilot Studio
    • Power Platform connectors
    • M365-native agents
