Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactiveBusiness Administrator / Personal Assistantto support our Group IT leadership team, Group M&A Director, and Group Finance Strategy & Development Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing sensitive information, coordinating travel and meetings, and supporting key business initiatives. You’ll be joining a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and ability to prioritise will be highly valued.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support including expenses, invoices, and travel arrangements.
  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings to optimise time for senior leaders.
  • Organising and coordinating leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Supporting the preparation of quarterly reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Booking venues and coordinating logistics for key meetings and events.
  • Acting as a proactive and reliable member of the Group IT leadership team.

Your previous experience is likely to include….

  • Working in a corporate, global business environment.

  • Holding a PA or administrative role with hands-on experience in diary management, travel coordination, expense processing, and event planning.
