Global Graduate Leadership Development Programme

Our two-year rotational programme is designed to accelerate your development, providing hands-on experience across multiple business areas and prepare you for a rewarding long-term career within Spirax Group.

During each placement, you'll be immersed in real-life roles, working on meaningful projects that create value for our customers and support sustainable solutions. With opportunities across sales engineering, manufacturing, production management, project management, supply chain, operations, and other commercial areas, you'll gain broad business exposure while building the foundations for a successful career at Spirax Group.

As a customer-obsessed business, we're looking for graduates who are curious, collaborative, commercially aware, and motivated to solve problems and make a real impact. We’re seeking ambitious graduates with a minimum 2:2 honours degree (or equivalent) in a STEM or business-related discipline, with full eligibility to work permanently in the UK without visa sponsorship now or in the future. You will be eager to grow and learn. You’ll be supported by a strong network of mentors, peers, and leaders, all committed to your success.

Development is a key part of the programme, and you’ll have access to extensive learning opportunities including external training, internal development sessions and dedicated learning events where graduates will fly to the UK to learn, collaborate and build their networks. The programme is designed to provide a strong foundation for future opportunities within the business, in areas such as External Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Operations, and other key business functions.

Assessment centres will be held in late November 2026. This programme will start in September 2027 and be based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Successful applicants will be required to relocate to Cheltenham for the duration of their first placement. We may close early depending on the number of applications, therefore we encourage early applications.

Key Requirements:

  • 2:2 honours degree (or equivalent) in STEM or business-related discipline
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. We are unable to support candidates on Student or Graduate visas.
  • Full-UK driving licence preferred; candidates actively working towards obtaining their licence will also be considered
  • Willingness to relocate to Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
