Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Tubing Senior Setter Operator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team responsible for manufacturing world-class tubing products.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety and productivity.
- Ensure customer delivery requirements are consistently achieved.
- Involved in production planning and process optimisation.
- Provide guidance and direction to operators.
- Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with established procedures, specifications and quality standards.
- Support compliance with cGMP and ISO quality requirements.
- Maximise equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience working within, or supervising, an extrusion manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of cGMP, IOSH Managing Safely, leadership qualifications such as ILM or NVQ Level 4, and relevant engineering or manufacturing qualifications would be advantageous.
