Join our Year in Industry Programme for an exciting journey, working alongside 10,000+ colleagues across 67 countries. We specialise in steam solutions, electric thermal energy management, pumping and fluid path technologies.

Our Year in Industry Programme is based in Cheltenham, UK at Spirax Sarco, part of our Steam Specialties Business. We have a range of 12-Month placements available for you to experience a full year in:

During the scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful work while connecting with experienced & supportive colleagues across the business. You’ll also become a part of our fantastic Early Careers network, including Global Graduates & Apprentices. No matter your interest, we want to hear from you. Applicants must be taking part in an agreed University placement scheme & have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, full-time, for the duration of the 12-month placement (July 2027 until July 2028).

The Steam Thermal Solutions business is one of three businesses within Spirax Group.
