The Assembly Operator will weld, assemble, test and package products following standard operating procedures to meet quality, cost and time standards.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:
- Understanding and complying with Company Environmental, Health and Safety practices (EHS), identifying areas for improvement and supporting related initiatives.
- Promoting and improving work area through 5S activity.
- Completing Quality System transactions and Production System Transactions.
- Meeting on time delivery by organising yourself and colleagues to effectively complete plan.
- Engaging, suggesting and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Your previous experience is likely to include:
- Working within a production environment.
- Basic working computer skills.
- Growing an understanding of your role and its commercial and quality impact on the department.
