Job Description

Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking for a new challenge? I have an amazing opportunity to join a leading digital marketing agency tolead and develop a growing team as well asenhancing the bid process.As the Bid Manager you will work closely with subject matter experts across the agency to secure exciting new business opportunities. You will be responsible for overseeing the bid process, from opportunity identification to submission and feedback analysis.Managing bid timelines, ensuring all milestones are met with high-quality outputs. Creating tailored, persuasive, and compelling proposals.
To be successful in this role you will have at least 3-5 years proven experience in bid management, ideally (but not essential) within a digital marketing or related industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling.
