The successful candidate will build on our vision of ‘Shaping a Better Future'; providing clear strategic leadership while maintaining a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive. You will work closely with the Trust central team, staff, Local School Committee members, pupils, and families to continue raising standards and strengthening the school community.
The role involves providing clear vision, leadership, and direction for the school, promoting high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement, and leading, supporting, and developing staff at all levels. You will ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment and manage resources effectively to support ongoing school improvement.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record of effective leadership within primary education who demonstrates a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality education for all pupils, able to motivate and inspire staff and pupils alike, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
