Spinwell Global is seeking a Training Developer for a 12-month contract in Workington, on-site five days a week.
You will analyse training needs, design and develop SAT-derived materials, and implement delivery across multiple business areas in line with the Integrated Schedule.
You will work with stakeholders and SMEs, using SEMS and LMS platforms, and support post-training evaluations, audits and coaching to ensure effective implementation in the public sector.
