Role: Senior Planning Officer REF 1734595

Contract Length: 3 months

Location: Hybrid/Walsall – 2 days in the office per week

IR35: Inside

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £50 per hour

Security Clearance: BPSS

Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Planning Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR PLANNING OFFICER

You will be joining a team of 5 existing enforcement staff and will be assisting with the clearance of historic backlog work and taking formal action on specific sites which have been prioritised for action.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR PLANNING OFFICER

You will be experienced in planning enforcement, capable of drafting notices and dealing with appeal work. You will need to be on site two days per week (office and site) including Tuesdays (Planning Department all-in day).
