Pay Rate to Intermediary: £488 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Employment Lawyer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR EMPLOYMENT LAWYER
• Reliable legal judgement and appreciation of legal risk
• The ability to think strategically and creatively, see legal issues in their wider context and advise accordingly
• Sound analytical skills, and the ability to produce timely and fit for purpose advice based on sound legal research
• A clear appreciation of the role of lawyers in a governmental body and a sound understanding of the implications of UKRI’s status as a non-departmental public body
• Must be qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive with current practicing certificate from relevant regulatory body
