About the Role

Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Supplier Operations Specialist within the public sector.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure procurement and supplier onboarding question sets are comprehensive and regularly reviewed for legislative compliance.
2. Manage supplier onboarding efficiently and professionally.
3. Conduct regular reviews of onboarding processes and implement improvements.
4. Collaborate with Technical Advisers and stakeholders to understand requirements and maintain communication.
5. Coordinate with SCM Process and Performance Team to align processes and implement changes.
6. Explain AWE requirements to suppliers and ensure documentation standards are met.
7. Ensure understanding and adherence to Supply Chain processes, tools, and systems.
8. Promote use of an evaluated and approved supply base.
9. Resolve queries swiftly with stakeholders.
10. Support change initiatives and promote best practices within SCM.
11. Engage in continuous learning and development.
12. Demonstrate positive behaviors aligned with organizational values.

Skills and Experience

1. Knowledge of supply chain management and processes.
2. Stakeholder management skills.
3. Experience with SaaS products.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Experience with task-based workflows where responses are awaited before proceeding.
7. Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability.
