Pay Rate to Intermediary: Up to £60 per hour

About the Role

Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Childcare Lawyer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Advising upon and conducting proceedings relating to the care and protection of children and young people.
• Providing legal advice and support to clients, including elected members and senior officers.
• Leading within the team and providing guidance and support to other team members.
