About The Role

Contract Length: Until 30/04/26

Location: St Asaph

IR35: Inside

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £23.95 per hour

Spinwell is recruiting for a Learning & Development Trainer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRAINER

  • To provide appropriate staff with specialist training and development to fulfil their respective roles and any future training that may become the responsibility of Training Learning and Development. This will be achieved by using a variety of recognised and effective delivery methods.
  • Providing training and development to known national guidelines in any area of the Force in addition to any other training that may be required from time to time.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRAINER

  • Training Plan for Unqualified to Qualified role will require studying for and achievement of the below qualifications which will be funded.
  • The ability to travel across the Force area is required. Possession of a full driving licence may therefore assist with this.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Thorough knowledge of Data Protection, Computer Misuse and other relevant computer policies and legislation.
  • Knowledge of the Initial Police Learning and Development Programme and future PEQF Curriculum.
