About The Role Role: Pega Senior Developer (CSSA) Contract Length: 12 months with possibility of extension(s) Location: Hybrid/Edinburgh or Glasgow – On-site collaboration may be required depending on project/team requirements IR35: Outside Pay Rate to Intermediary: £505.50 per day Security Clearance: BPSS Spinwell is recruiting for an Pega Senior Developer (CSSA) for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PEGA SENIOR DEVELOPER (CSSA) An experienced Pega Senior System Architect with solid commercial experience of Pega 8.8 is required to accelerate and modernise client\’s business processes. The focus of the work will be the ongoing collaborative development of the Case Management System (CMS) used for Land Registration (LR). The development team also owns the existing CMS processes and support for those will also be required. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PEGA SENIOR DEVELOPER (CSSA) Have a Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA). Have or be able to demonstrate that you are working towards a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA). We are unlikely to consider a PCLSA for this role as it is a hands-on development role. Minimum 10 years of commercial experience of Pega development Significant commercial experience with Pega 8.x Ability to work with business stakeholders, to understand the context, and to focus on delivering value. Excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills Experience working in an Agile environment. Be an advocate for the team, when you see a process that could be improved with a BPM solution.
