Role: Recruitment Administrator and Recruitment Officer
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: Hybrid/Norwich - Home working considered for 2 days per week when trained and undertaking certain duties.

Spinwell is recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator and Recruitment Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR AND RECRUITMENT OFFICER
- Drafting adverts for review
- Arranging interviews
- Preparing conditional offer letters and completing pre-employment recruitment checks
- Arranging start dates
- Responding to general enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
- Supporting at in-person recruitment events
- Data entry and retrieval for vacancies, applicants and colleagues using the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR AND RECRUITMENT OFFICER
- Recruitment and customer service experience, including applicant tracking systems and staff record systems. E.g., Trac and ESR.
