Spinwell is recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MECHANICAL ENGINEER

You will join a team that specialises in providing comprehensive support to our armed forces, offering Subject Matter Expertise (SME) across all aspects of Ground Support Equipment (GSE). You will excel in developing solutions, to ensure the GSE is surveyed, refurbished and maintained in accordance with client standards.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE MECHANICAL ENGINEER

  • Suitable Demonstrable experience or something similar in survey inspection repair
  • Mechanical experience
  • Computer Literate
  • Holds eligibility to meet the criteria of professional Registration of EngTech, in accordance with the UK-SPEC
  • Level 4 qualification and advanced/higher apprenticeship; or Level 3 qualification, a nationally recognised engineering apprenticeship and some engineering experience within their discipline or specialism area.
