They are building a team of engineers who are as comfortable talking to clients as they are writing code — people who are genuinely curious, actively embracing AI in their workflow, and motivated by working on things that matter. You do not need 10 years of experience. You need to be good, driven, and genuinely interested in where software engineering is going.
What you will be doing:
- Building and shipping production-grade software across a variety of client projects
- Working directly with clients — understanding their problems, not just receiving requirements
- Writing clean, tested, and reviewable code — including reviewing AI-generated output
- Taking ownership of sprint deliverables and flagging risks early
- Growing your skills — 10% of your time is protected for learning
