Spinwell is recruiting for a Pay & Reward Advisor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PAY & REWARD ADVISOR
• Manage the pay and reward mailbox – providing policy advice and prioritising responses
• Maintain a number of logs for audit purposes – Business cases etc
• Job evaluate all level of roles (Willis Towers Watson experience preferred)
• Support the Employee Relations portfolio – arranging meetings, acting as secretary
• Support activities such as the maintaining and administration EVP, pensions communication etc
• Support on improving the intranet pages on pay and reward matters, publishing updates as necessary
• Provide support to the wider pay and reward team as required.
• Good admin experience
• Data experience (excel)
