Role: Operational Compliance Support Manager (Reporting Specialist)

Contract Length: Until 21/12/26

Location: Hybrid/London – 3 days per week in office (Mon, Tues, Thurs)

IR35: Inside

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £428 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for an Operational Compliance Support Manager (Reporting Specialist) for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE SUPPORT MANAGER (REPORTING SPECIALIST)

  • Develop and manage reporting suites, dashboards and performance outputs
  • Use Power BI, Axiom, Excel and Maximo for reporting and data modelling
  • Build automated dashboards and reporting workflows
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
  • Support KPI tracking, contractor performance and compliance reporting
  • Conduct trend analysis and root cause analysis
  • Drive reporting automation and digital transformation
  • Build FRACAS dashboards across multiple contracts
  • Support system improvements and integration

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE SUPPORT MANAGER (REPORTING SPECIALIST)

  • Strong Power BI experience (essential)
  • Experience with Axiom or similar reporting tools
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modelling)
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting suites
  • Strong stakeholder reporting experience
  • Exposure to Maximo or similar systems
  • Infrastructure / facilities / asset-heavy sectors
  • Contractor performance KPI reporting
  • Large reporting suite development
