Spinwell is recruiting for an Operational Compliance Support Manager (Data Specialist) for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE SUPPORT MANAGER (DATA SPECIALIST)
- Responsible for asset data quality, completeness and governance within Maximo and other data systems
- Carry out auditing, cleansing and validation of large datasets
- Manage asset data structures to support maintenance, inspections and planning activities
- Track data quality KPIs and support investment planning
- Build workflows and processes to improve data quality and automation
- Support compliance processes including asset handovers, condition reporting and risk registers
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve data outputs
- Strong focus on problem solving and data integrity
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE SUPPORT MANAGER (DATA SPECIALIST)
- Strong Maximo experience (essential)
- Asset data management or asset management principles
- Experience working with large datasets
- Data analysis and data cleansing experience
- Basic understanding of built environment / facilities / assets
- Advanced Excel and/or BI tools (Power BI, Axiom etc.)
- Facilities management / infrastructure / built environment
- Asset-heavy environments (transport, utilities etc.)
- Exposure to contractor payments / KPI-linked data beneficial
