Spinwell is recruiting for a M365 Specialist for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE M365 SPECIALIST
- Administer, configure and support the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, including Share Point Online, One Drive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Viva Engage, Stream and Microsoft 365 Groups.
- Support and optimise Microsoft Copilot capabilities, ensuring users gain maximum value from AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Provide 3rd line technical support, troubleshooting and resolving complex platform, configuration and user issues.
- Analyse requirements and design collaboration solutions aligned with business needs and governance standards.
- Manage platform provisioning, configuration, permissions and operational activities across the Microsoft 365 estate.
- Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts to automate administration, reporting and support processes.
- Support governance, compliance and best practice implementation across Microsoft 365 services.
- Administer and support Power Platform solutions and services.
- Work closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards and operational procedures.
- Keep up to date with the Microsoft 365 roadmap and evaluate new features for business adoption.
- Provide support, guidance and knowledge sharing to colleagues and team members where required.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE M365 SPECIALIST
- Extensive experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments within medium to large enterprise organisations.
- Practical experience supporting, configuring, and administering Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong Power Shell scripting and automation capabilities.
- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Power Platform services.
- Demonstrable experience configuring, operating, and optimising Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services.
