Spinwell is recruiting for a Digital Delivery Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIGITAL DELIVERY MANAGER

  • Delivery Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects and services. Work with End-Users and Stakeholders to develop and maintain delivery plans, schedules, milestones, and reporting. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with military, government, commercial, and technical stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related activities.
  • Programme Governance: Ensure compliance with organisational governance frameworks. Prepare and present status reports, risk registers, and delivery dashboards.
  • Digital and Technical Delivery: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including software developers, infrastructure engineers, security specialists, business analysts, architects, test managers, and service managers.
  • Risk and Dependency Management: Identify and mitigate delivery risks.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE DIGITAL DELIVERY MANAGER

  • Proven experience delivering complex digital or technology programmes.
  • Strong project and delivery management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working within defence, government, national security, aerospace, or highly regulated environments.
  • Understanding of defence governance and assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with secure environments and classified information handling.
