Role: Data Migration Analyst
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Hybrid/London – 3 days per week on site (Thursday is mandatory; other days flexible).

Pay Rate to Intermediary: Up to £650 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a Data Migration Analyst for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DATA MIGRATION ANALYST
- End to End Oracle Fusion data migration experience, including HCM, finance and procurement.
- Experience in developing ETL pipelines to automate data migration process.
- Experience in source to target data mapping (Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Fusion).
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including IT, business and external vendors to ensure alignment and integration across all phases of the programme.
- Support data cleansing activities.
- Monitor data migration activities and resolve issues related to data quality, schema mismatches, or system compatibility.
- Conduct data validation and testing post-migration to ensure successful data transfer and accuracy in the target system.
- Strong understanding of data governance to ensure transparent and compliant data migration principles.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE DATA MIGRATION ANALYST
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data migration.
- 4 years in Oracle Fusion data migration.
- Hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance modules.
- Understanding of data security and working with sensitive data.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working with both technical and business teams.
- Oracle EBS-Fusion, EBS experience is key.
