Spinwell is recruiting for a Contract Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACT LEAD

  • Apply knowledge of Contract Management (as a subset of Commercial) activities to interpret and apply own expertise to assess interviews/exercises against an assessment framework.
  • Use judgement to provide credible role play responses in the delivery of scenario-based assessment exercises, based on experience of and ability to operate as a senior Contract Management professional.
  • Translate and write-up assessments of participants at pace, in a real time (virtual) assessment centre - having undertaken Contract Management assessments on designated assessment days.
  • Understand complex Contract Management case studies and prepare for Contract Management assessments with participants that are completed (exercises and write-ups) within a set timeframe per assessment centre.
  • Produce high quality written feedback that justifies assessments, based on recognition of Contract Management expertise levels.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE CONTRACT LEAD

  • Candidates will need to have extensive relationship and contract management experience and must understand NEC4 contracting.
  • Must have contract management experience; this must be hands-on and not sourcing experience.
