SKILLS/EXPERIENCES OF THE COMMERCIAL MANAGERSignificant procurement experience, particularly within services procurement rather than construction or materials. Public sector procurement experience. Procurement strategy development and market analysis experience. Ability to manage procurement evaluations and commercial negotiations. Confidence working with legal teams on terms and conditions.
