Role: Business Change Manager
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Hybrid/West Brompton – 2-3 days per week in office but must be flexible depending on the needs of the project(s) assigned to and must attend team’s monthly in-office meeting.
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: £550 - £609 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a Business Change Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER
The BCM role supports the delivery of change in the client Network by applying the Business Change framework, tools and methodology to help the business to understand, prepare, adopt and embed change. By strategically engaging with our people and taking them on the transformational journey with us, we ensure that any disruption is minimised and the benefits are maximised.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER
- A professional Change Management qualification (Procsi Change Practitioner, APMG Change Management Practitioner)
- Experienced Business Change Management professional with recent experience of a hands-on role delivering business change (i.e. not a leadership role coordinating the “doers”)
- Knowledge of and experience working in a law enforcement or national security environment (ideally in a business change/project delivery role but could have been an operational individual who has transitioned over to project delivery or someone who was working in Organisational Development on people change management)
- Experience of Change Management capability development /continuous improvement
- Experience of organisational, cultural and technology change
