RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AREA PROPERTY OPERATIONS MANAGER

  • Responsible for the management of facility, including security, maintenance, and other services.
  • Ensuring that the needs of the organisation, employees, and/or visitors are met.
  • Monitor and report on internal performance against safety, costs, programme and quality, identify deviations and implement remedial actions as appropriate.
  • Managing the preparation, approval and issue of technical specifications and safety documentation through review to implementation.
