Spinwell Ltd is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist for a 3-4 month contract based in Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham and Hounslow.
You will support clients with mental health conditions to pursue paid employment following the IPS model, working with a multidisciplinary community mental health team.
You will maintain accurate records, engage with employers and services, and promote IPS fidelity. Enhanced DBS is required; the role pays up to £22.94 per hour inside IR35.
