RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HEAD OF PAYROLL
- Oversee payroll operations and team leadership.
- Validate payroll data and ensure compliance.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors migration project.
- Liaise with implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
- Handle governance and HMRC obligations.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HEAD OF PAYROLL
- Proven experience leading a payroll team.
- Delivered in-house payroll solutions (not outsourced).
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, HMRC obligations, and year-end requirements.
- Experience managing complex payroll operations.
