Contract Length: Until July 2026
Location: Hybrid/Exeter - about 2 days a week to work from home, but it might be that you need to travel to different stations as well

Spinwell is recruiting for a PCSO Qualification Assessor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
Responsibilities of the PCSO Qualification Assessor
The purpose of the Assessor is to make valid, reliable and fair assessment decisions for our cohorts of PCSO students whilst in the workplace and undertaking their Level 4 Diploma in Community Policing Practice.
Skills / Experience of the PCSO Qualification Assessor
- QCF Level 3 Assessor (CAVA or equivalent).
- Experience in assessing workplace competence.
- Knowledge of Neighbourhood policing including the PCSO role.
- Demonstrate ability to evaluate the development of an individual against standards and assessment criteria.
- Experience of providing coaching, advice, guidance and support to others in their professional development.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organisation.
- Must hold UK driver’s licence unless prevented by reason of disability. Reasonable adjustments will be considered.
