You will refresh all HR policies and procedures, and work with the HR team to co‑develop updated documents that align with the Council’s Co‑Pilot digital guidance.
The role focuses on policy refresh, ensuring compatibility with digital guidance, and improving manager experience around performance, absence, appraisal and objectives.
